Experience

With over twenty years experience as a lawyer, ten spent as a Magistrate in Domestic Relations Court, Eileen is committed to the promotion of laws and practices which benefit and assist the various different people and families who come into contact with today’s judicial system. As an associate in a small general trial practice, this firm provides family law services including divorce and juvenile related matters, probate and estate matters, bankruptcy representation, business start up, criminal representation or referral and various other forms of legal assistance. Additionally, Eileen serves as a Guardian ad Litem representing the best interests of children in hundreds of cases in Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula Counties and additionally practices in various capacities in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake Counties’ Juvenile, Domestic and General Division courts.

Eileen has been married for over twenty years. Eileen and her husband are the proud parents of three lovely daughters, one studying Special Education and Occupational Therapy at Kent State University, the others facing the academic, social and sports challenges of Middle School. Active in various capacities in Bar Associations, School Groups, Church Events and Sports Teams for the past twenty plus years, Eileen enjoys helping people, volunteering and teaching her children to do the same. She also likes watching good sporting events!
