Experience

Carolyn opened the Law Offices of Carolyn Paschke in early 1996 as a solo practitioner.  Over the years, Carolyn has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, estate and probate, bankruptcy, domestic relations, personal injury, contracts, and business.  Carolyn is a substitute magistrate at Chardon Municipal Court.  She has been appointed as Guardian Ad Litem in a number of cases.

More about Carolyn…

Carolyn lives in Newbury with her husband and two children.  The Newbury native is an active member of her community and her parish of St. Helen.  Carolyn serves as the Assistant Chairperson for the Newbury Township Zoning Commission.  She is a member of a Relay for Life Team.  Carolyn also serves as the Secretary and Chairperson for the Bar Referral Committee for the Geauga Bar Association, as a Trustee for the Geauga Bar Foundation, and as a member and past president for the Board of Trustees for the Geauga County Law Library.  Carolyn is also a member of Newbury Kiwanis.  She also enjoys playing softball, skiing, and scuba diving.
